The space did not meet my needs. I have never seen a hotel with 2 twin beds for 3 ppl. It was not disclosed that the beds were twins. It wasn’t even a logical solution to my issues. The front desk guy was on his phone and pacing out front as I waited in the lobby for his help. I had to go outside and get him. He was rude, argumentative and condescending. 0/10

Room was tiny and odd shaped with no table to place a pizza on, the front desk staff was unfriendly and did not wish to answer questions, also, there were surprise fees all over the place! The hallway was dirty and had a smell. The area was not safe to walk after dark.

Terrible check in process. Arrived for check in to be notified our room we reserved was given away and we were given an alternative room. We booked for two nights and no attempt was made to put us in the room we originally requested on either night. No remorse. No understanding. Just took our money and ran with it.

Hotel tried to steal from me. Immediately after checkout, I received many attempted charges for $300+ to my credit card on file. Luckily, my bank declined them all, marking them as fraudulent. Also, there was food inside the microwave in my room, with rice that had turned blue. You get what you pay for.
