I paid for 6 days including the security deposit.the second day they charged me $392.99 for no reason. When asked to get a refund, it was a hassle It’s so easy for them to take away money but make it hard to get it back

Staff at the hotel is awesome, the rooms are neat and I had a beautiful sight from my room. It is 6 walking from the nearest subway station and 2 minutes from a bus station. I definitely would go back to this hotel

The hotel delivered exactly what was advertised. The room was clean, spacious, and ready upon arrival. The Wi-Fi worked well, the staff was friendly and attentive, and all the listed amenities such as fitness center, and complimentary breakfast, were available and in good condition. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall experience matched expectations set by the booking description.

I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately, a few key issues made the stay uncomfortable. First off, the AC in the room was incredibly noisy — it kicked on and off all night with a loud clunk, making it hard to get any decent sleep. On top of that, there was construction going on right outside the hotel that started early in the morning. Between the two, it felt like I was staying in the middle of a construction zone. The room itself was clean and the staff were polite, but it’s hard to enjoy those things when you can’t rest properly. Maybe it’s better once the construction is done, but I wouldn’t recommend it until then — especially if you’re looking for peace and quiet.

Brand new hotel. Bathroom was clean and modern. Heat would not come on in room. Then we saw a space heater had been left in the room. Maybe the heat was broken? My partner slept in her clothes to stay warm. Room was small even by New York standards. There was no chair to sit on. Also needs more snack availability.

I thought the bathrooms were clean, where I was disappointed in were the bed sheets, where there was visable dry blood spots on the blanket. I get it that they get those sheets from a cleaner, but I do feel they should check the sheets. Beds are comfortable. The staff that I interacted with were nice. From a personal stand point I wish coffee was available for more hours than just 2 hours. The surrounding areas of the hotel are questionable, but I was safe.

Devastated about the experience

So disappointed about the whole experience. They ignored my messages pre-trip and when my partner arrived they wanted to charge him despite my messages, then they wanted me to fill out a form via email for payment and when I arrived they were arrogant when I raised my concern and in the middle of the night after the data agreement they cancelled my stay like throwing me out to the street. I had to book another house that cost me $700 more and they didn’t even compensate me other than cancel my stay for free coz their decision. This should not happen and since I asked for compensation they went silent as well. I am sad and my trip was ruined since the beginning. Also the staff misunderstood many English and shouted at me that I said something that I did not. I hope they answer the question raised by hotels.com customer service and compensate me for the bad experience. On the top of it I needed to initiate the cancellation because the Hotel.com policy and it took me many calls. If I couldn’t use my partner's phone could have cost me $100.

Room was clean but small. Area around the hotel was sketchy, parking situation is uncomfortable. Free street parking but not a lot of guidance in where and neighborhood was questionable. Happy only stayed one night and was fine for the most part.
