"The room was missing ice trays. The elevator didn’t work, we were on the 3rd floor. During our stay, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and there was no staff on the property to even go look to see if we were on fire or not. Door in the bathroom was halfway hanging on."

"We requested a cot and were told one would be sent up. Nothing was sent. Asked again and was told due to emergency exit concerns a cot could not be set up in our room. Room was dingy. Dinged up furniture. Bare box spring. Mattress was lumpy. Electric hum all night long. Would not recommend."
