"Stayed just one night before an international trip. Shuttle driver from the airport was (loudly) on a phone call arguing with someone the entire (short fortunately) drive from the airport to the hotel. Made for a very uncomfortable ride for me and the other two people on the shuttle. Shuttle to the airport was a better experience. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was fine for a one night stay. Limited food options nearby so had to Door Dash which because the hotel parking lot is secured with a gate (which I’m sure is peace of mind if you’re parked there), made it a little difficult for the drive to get in as he had to wait for a long line of other cars trying to figure out how to get in. Overall, this was fine for my needs. Appreciated the free airport shuttle (despite the first always trip). Would any again for the sake of convenience."

"Rooms not properly maintained. First room too much smell and staff was good to change the room quickly. We rented two room and 2nd room got leak in ceiling. It's not new because too large stain already visible. Generally below average property."

"This hotel used to be a hidden gem, but it has declined significantly over the years. The room’s air quality was poor, stuffy and uncomfortable from the moment I walked in. The front desk staff were the only bright spot during my stay; they were friendly and professional. The bar was decent, but my experience with one of the bartenders was unacceptable. A Caucasian gentleman working at the bar was rude to my wife. While she was trying to place an order, he took a personal phone call regarding his life insurance policy and told her to wait. After finishing his call, he finally came back to take her order. It was unprofessional and disrespectful. The location is still one of the hotel’s strengths, with a liquor store, Acme, and several other convenient businesses nearby. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is no longer what it once was. I was so disappointed that I checked out just one hour after checking in. At this point, I honestly feel I deserve a refund. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it based on my recent stay."
