Unfortunately there was nothing that I liked about my stay there.. usually wood spring hotels , have a nice quiet environment... Unfortunately my 3-day stay was horrible The noise level from the guest above was continuous.. throughout the night and the day.. and when I may mention of this to the front desk I was advised. That's just the workers upstairs and there was nothing that the staff could do..

There was loud banging and noise at night. The room smelled of cigarettes. We had to leave windows open and buy Lysol spray for room. The hallway had foul odor. A delivery man noticed it same time i did and we both reported itvto front desk. The front desk manager was unprofessional having loud conversations etc. I will NEVER stay there again.
