Everything was fine, just the front receptionist was new, and was alone I came at 1am just to sleep and wake up at 6 for get to the airport and we was more than 25 minutes for receiving the keys for our room because she didn’t know how to work with my reservation (I did through Travelocity). She was receiving instructions through the phone with another person and never got it right. In the end she gave me the keys without adjusting my payment. You guys need to have people ready for work later in the night alone. It’s not fair for her, neither for us!

I would hace rated the experience more pleasing but I was frustrated when attempting to get a towel exchange that took over 24 hrs. I understood the room service due to COVID but apparently their policy on towel exchanges (only to be coordinated via front desk) is not working and their communications needs to improve. It seems they don’t trust the house keeping employees to take on this towel exchange responsibility on the floors when cleaning other rooms. This added an additional burden on us as customers and I was not anticipating this problem.

They falsely advertised they provide shuttle service from the airport and they do not. Cost me over $100 extra to get back and forth. Will not use their business, again.

Due to my mother's death, this trip was unavoidable. The entire experience was extremely disappointing. The rooms were dusty and dirty. The vehicle ran extremely poorly. Upon my return to Indianapolis, i had contacted Travelocity, in order to report my experience.
