I was very disappointed. We booked the inn through expedia and then when we reached there the room was given to someone else despite me havinv the confirmed reservation. The staff told because your booked through expedia which is the third party booking, despite its a confirmed booking its not confirmed cause you didn't booked directly through us and then after a req they gave us another room and charged almost $80 extra. So i really had a very bad experience. I would not suggest to do booking through expedia, better do direct booking with the inns or hotels.

But if I book the same hotel, they reach the hotel in 2 seconds. Also, it's impossible to understand what the customer service representative is saying in India or somewhere else. They were well organized and we lost the money to Expedia.

Toilet seat was broken. On complaining, they said it can only be repaired next day morning when handyman comes. On checking with another person at reception later, we were told that being Sunday, handyman may not come at all. As our stay was only for one night, it wasn't of much use. There were also empty socket points in some plug points which were not usable.
