Though I am grateful that I could be checked in early however the overall experience was a 2 out of 5. Staff didn’t seem too motivated to serve. The smell was not good. My room was next to an exit that was constantly being accessed and noisy. No daily cleaning service and no facility to wash clothes. The bathtub was dirty wit a ring and pubic hair.

The room was not available after I booked it and now I, not them, have to go through hoops and hurdles to get refunded.

Well i dropped something on the floor. It went under the bed. It was terrifying dirty. I was too be awken at 10:30 am. Never happened. The clocks in the room were not updated. The housekeepers came after me to get out at 12pm. Had i been awaken on time never would have happened. Harrassed toget out
