We stayed for 15 days. Housekeeping team came only twice that too after many reminders and calls. Pathetic. Gym, swimming pool, laundry was closed. Electronic appliances were defective. We requested to replace or repair but they told us engineer is not on duty. Never Recommend

First and foremost we booked this hotel because it's pet friendly and close to our destination. The mattress was ripped underneath and our cat kept crawling in the hole and around the bed springs. The mattresses were caving in so we were all rolling to the center. The room was dirty. Sheets stained. Comforter ripped. Pillows inconsistent and stained. Stains on the walls. The lobby looked like a basement with storage. The walls and ceiling seemed EXCEPTIONALLY thin. I could practically hear our neighbors breathing. We were traveling with our young son who just broke his collarbone. We asked for one extra pillow so he wouldn't roll onto his bad side and were denied. They gave us 2 towels for three people and when we asked for an extra it was like trying to crack the Davinci code. I tried to call several times before we actually arrived to confirm a few things and not a single person answered the phone. By the time they started answering, they would just pick up and hang up. The area seems sketchy, too. We are not a high maintenance family by any means, but I will never be using Red Roof again.

We needed a roof to sleep for a night near airport. It did the job and worked for us. Best is check in was 24 hours available. We were exploring New York and came back very late and so it was nice to know that check-in can still happen late at night. 🙂 Though the guy at reception was weird and didn’t have us WiFi info, overlooking that it’s a good place for a night.

Ok 3 night stay

3 day couple stay Nice spacious room... The batroom not so clean there was hair on the floor in the shower...clorox wipes cleaned it up... but spacious bathroom otherwise.. nice king size bed..needs new mattresses..first night out backs were hurting,but adjusted,heavy traffic,dogs out of control early morning couldn't sleep it was an ok hotel
