Breakfast was good, 24/7 coffee service was appreciated. Was not a fan of no restaurants or entertainment close by. Staff was friendly and accommodating and the room was very clean.

The room was nice but it has scratches and cracks all over. There was no way to adjust the thermostat either. I wasn’t notified that I had to be on a list for the airport shuttle and when the shuttle driver told me about it when I tried to board, he was very rude. The woman at the front desk was very nice, wanted to shout her out though!

Bathroom door was completely broken and could not be closed for privacy. Shower door was broken as well but could be closed. Room was very warm when we arrived. Thermostat on the wall appeared to be non-functional so we turned on the fan manually and it did cool down the room but took a few hours. I don't think the temp/thermostat with the room AC has any use.

Everything was great. The only issue was the microwave didn't work - the light went on and the turntable worked, but the food remained ice cold no matter what setting was used. Other than that, the staff was friendly and helpful, and everything was very clean.
