Book Omni rooms in Upper West Side

"The hotel has a very good location. As far the hotel, it can use some sprucing up. The carpeting in the hallway is to dark, and the lighting could be a little more brighter. The room was fair, with exception that I couldnt leave my curtain open. The only view you saw was other rooms on the other side of the building ( blding is in the shape of a "U"). The chair @ the table was ripped/ majorly torn on the side & when taking a shower, the water was backing up. "

"The Wallace lived up to its billing. Staff is very amiable and responsive. My room, a larger one, was quiet, clean, comfortable, updated and attractive. Bed was comfortable. A good stay! "
