"The hotel was great, however it is very literally advertised on the website as having a 500 square foot rooftop terrace - which it does not. When we asked the front desk they had no idea what we were talking about. Kind of bummer when having a rooftop accessible to us was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. "

"Location 4 stars, breakfast was great. Coffee in the room was nice if you can find a place to set up the coffee maker. So if you get the room for a deal you can live with it especially if you are like us and are always out of the hotel exploring the park and the neighborhood."

"Rooms are very icky with chipped paint and nasty carpet. Was moved to a new room but still really needs alot of upgrades. Chuck Bass needs to come back and renovate this one😂 Beds are very creaky with every move you make. Charged my card 9 separate times and the front desk guy was rude when trying to find out why they kept charging over 3k in holds etc. I will not go back! Very disappointed. "
