Got stuck with a snorer above me, but somehow they have an air system in the pod that sounds like a white noise which was able to help me sleep. I also didn’t have a towel in my pod (you get a linen/thick sheets, pillow and towel), but the front desk was so amazing about it and corrected the issue right away! He was super awesome. Front desk is very friendly and helpful.

Quiet, clean, comfortable, no frills hostel just 1/2 a block from Central Park. You will get a little exercise going up and down the stairs because there is no elevator. Small sacrifice though; for hot shower water which actually does get hot, even during the winter.

Private bathroom in shared dormitory is clean. It’s a clean place. Staff are polite. They should’ve had extra heaters in rooms cause it gets really cold. One heater is not enough for the whole room someone took it and putted next to their bed while I was freezing. There was no elevator so be prepared to go up and down the stairs if you need anything. I stayed on fifth floor.
