This is a great location for getting to many of the best sights/activities in NYC. The staff was friendly and efficient, and our room, though small, was well laid out and comfortable. Great shower! Good on-site eateries, too.

A reasonable hotel for a decent price. Positivies: Good location. Rooms were good-sized and clean. New spa is excellent! Some staff were friendly. Negatives: Room service was not tasty. Front desk was downright rude when I asked for late checkout, even though they acknowledged the vacancy rate was high for that day. On the balance, would stay somewhere else next time.

This hotel was amazing, I haven’t stayed in many hotels in NY, but I feel like I couldn’t get anything less than this, it’s amazing and the burger place downstairs WOW, delicious. It was a few bocks from time square and Central Park.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Clean, spacious, large rooms, friendly staff, great restaurant(s) on the premises. The King Room, deluxe was a great choice as it has a big room with a nice bathroom and a wonderful city view. Very close to Central Park and some nice dining options nearby. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would plan to visit again!

We had an excellent stay here. We previously stayed at a hotel around the corner the night before and this was light years better. From the time you pull up to the time you leave everybody is very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend!!
