A second bedroom holds a queen, and a third — the bunk room — is built for the kids with two sets of twin-over-twin bunks. A shared hallway bath with double vanity rounds out the main level.
Up the stairs, a sunlit loft tucks under the eaves with a queen bed, skylights, and a private deck that opens onto a treetop perch — peekaboo glimpses of the ski mountain through the aspens, full quiet otherwise. Across the building, the Smuggler complex offers shared ski locker access and a communal hot tub set in a stained-glass-enclosed sunroom — exactly the kind of warm-up spot legs need after a long day on the lifts.
The west-end location pulls double duty. Clark's Market sits right next door for grocery runs (no car required), and Telluride's main street — restaurants, galleries, shops, the Michael D. Palm Theatre — is a 10-to-15-minute walk east along Colorado Avenue. The free gondola to Mountain Village is roughly half a mile away, opening up summer hiking and additional dining once the lifts stop spinning.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
