The room was clean, the staff were very helpful, and the pools were amazing. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because I originally booked a hillside room but was given a lodge room. I’m not sure what happened with the booking. Also the shower did not drain. But otherwise it was an excellent experience.

Booked one of the large cabins for one night as a gift to share with out of town family. Overall a really nice experience. We enjoyed the mobility/water aerobics class with Trish in the morning! The setting is always lovely and the pools were nice. The cabin was a nice space and we enjoyed having a full kitchen and 2 baths. A good time was had by all! 4 instead of 5 stars because: There didn't seem to be much staff around, so we had to wait for towels once or twice. A couple of small things were not functioning which was just a minor inconvenience mostly. The stairs leading into the main bath house are a little steep and poorly lit at night which was particularly intimidating for the older members of our group. The path by our cabin down towards the pools was also poorly lit.

Mt. Princeton Hot Springs is a beautiful and relaxing spot with a great mix of soaking options, from the natural creek-side pools to the main and newer pools, all set against stunning mountain views. The facilities are clean and well maintained, staff are friendly, and the variety of temperatures makes it easy to find a comfortable soak.

Stayed in the Creekside for 1 night. The room has a little kitchen with free coffee espresso machine, fridge, microwave and a little stove with kennel and kitchen stuff. Room was clean. Although the beds weren’t comfortable, especially the pillows are extremely hard. The light outside in the hallway was very bright and the door is the foggy kind so it didn’t block the light at all. I couldn’t sleep at night because of the brightness from the light in the hallway shining through the door like the sun. Staff were friendly. Dinner at Mary Murphy Steakhouse was pricey and the food wasn’t good (We got the 14er steak and the striped bass) but the atmosphere was nice and our waitress sent a slice of cake on the house for my birthday. Check-in was long since they needed everyone in the party signed the paperwork. Overnight guests can access the hot springs the day of check-in and until 9pm after checkout. You have complimentary towels in every bath-house. The club level which is reserved for overnight guests is very nice, though it’s for adults only. The hot springs is hotter there, less crowded, with a bar, and nice shower and locker rooms. The historic bathhouse only has a community shower room which is kinda gross if you don’t have access to the club level. There is also a small market with basic stuff, including food like pizza, ramen, clothing. Overall, for $350, staying a night at the resort worth the experience.

We stayed creekside. The room was clean, spacious and new. It well exceeded our expectations. The staff were lovely - very accommodating. It was excellent value with the pool entry included (about $40 each), towel ($10) and locker ($7). For a family of five, that alone is over $500 for the two days of swimming.

Most pools were bathtub warm temp wise with very few hot pools-- actually only one hot pools. Disappointing when you come for the "hot" springs. Our room was nice and clean. We were in a hillside room and the vending machine there was out of order so that was very inconvenient since the walk to the market was quite a little hike.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. ESPECIALLY IF YOU ENJOY RELAXATION. Instead go invest your money with a place like Iron Mountain Hot Springs in Glenwood Springs or The Springs Resort down in Pagossa Springs. You wont be disappointed at all like you will if you decide to come to this terrible place. Rooms are very outdated and not secure at all. If you want to keep your valuables for the trip home, I suggest bringing your own safe. Front desk staff are terrible. They provide little to no help and can't even accommodate their guest properly. Bad customer service all the way around. Goodluck if you do decide to go to this place.
