I have to state how immensely disappointing my stay was at this particular Homewood Suites from beginning to end. I have traveled extensively throughout the U.S. and my hotel of choice over the years has always been Homewood Suites for their quality, cleanliness and attention to details in making it a comfortable stay. I beg to differ about this property!!!! It was atrocious! I've never seen a Homewood Suites in such disarray... *Rude clerks at the front desk * Sketchy people roaming around the outside grounds and lobby in the middle of the night *Broke down elevators *Absolutely filthy from top to bottom *Human bodily fluid stains on furniture in rooms( I had to cover everything in sheets just to feel safe to have my children and myself sit on the furniture) * Thick dust and grime on vents, doors, glass ,floors throughout the hotel and really bad in the room. *Filthy windows * Bugs(Centapede on the ceiling in our room!) * Inedible breakfast *Dishwasher stunk so bad we couldn't even bear to open it without gagging. *Carpet stains throughout the rooms, hallways and lobby THIS PLACE WAS AN ABSOLUTE DUMP! I 💯 would have checked out upon arrival if I wasn't so pressed for time with family plans, so I just muscled through it..for 5 friggin nights! This property should be condemned. It's only downhill from here, Hilton! With so many homeless, places like this that have completely fallen off, should be bought up by the state and made into transitional housing.

Service was awful.

I never leave bad reviews. Ever. I always try to find something positive about a stay. But cannot about this hotel. We checked in around 3. At 4 they’re was loud banging that was continuous. It was still the day time but since we had not even unpacked I went to the front desk to ask to change rooms. The front desk staff was no help. Said the hotel was full and nothing she could do. But people were checking in up to 9:00 pm that night. At 11:45 pm we went to the front desk to see if they would call the people above us. She said she would contact the person that arranged this party. We travel frequently and would never stay at a Hilton Homewood's suite again. And will post about our stay to our friends and family. Do didappointed

The lake and mountain view from the upper deck is awesome. The location is perfect for access to Keystone, Breckenridge, Frisco, Copper, Vail and of course Dillon. Biking and hiking is readily available.

Best hotel near Lake Dillon!

The pool is awesome and the rooftop restaurant is fabulous! Walking distance to the Dillon Amphitheater but you will be walking uphill to return to hotel so take your time and take breaks if you are a flat lander. If you are in shape, you can walk down to the marina and along the lake. Our favorite hotel near Lake Dillon!

Check in was not smooth. Clerk could not find my reservation and demanded a confirmation number. I looked up the confirmation number in my email and when I gave it to the clerk she said “oh”. No apology or explanation as to why she couldn’t find it under my name. Also, water pressure was very low.
