Fantastic stay

We were very pleased with our stay. The bed was comfortable, the goose neck shower head was a blessing for my 6’ 3” husband, it was wonderful to have a little kitchenette, and the view was simply breathtaking.

Okay mostly

The room was too warm and there is no device to adjust the temperature. There is a door that opens to the courtyard but ours in room 407 would not open and had a broken deadbolt. We got the windows to open which helped cool the room to tolerable. The hallway reeked of Marijuana when we got back from dinner. There was a thundering of feet and noise from a party we guess that went deep into the night. On the other hand the front desk folks were helpful and friendly enough. The room itself was acceptably clean as far as we could determine. We really like the proximity to the Dillon Reservoir shoreline marina. We could see the lake from our window and the courtyard was pleasant with a central sunflower patch. Not sure we will stay here again.

We picked this area because of proximity to Dillon reservoir, activities and Breckenridge. This place is charming, well kept, and the staff is amazing. This was a one night stay in October.

Very pet-friendly lodge.

The hot tub was perfect, really warm but not too hot. Remind guests if they want to use the sauna, to turn it on when they first go in, so it can warm up while they are in the hot tub. Area is very eco-friendly for dogs with lots of walking areas.

Beautiful location with view of the lake. Grounds were extremely well kept. The whole property was very pet friendly. The room was lovely and clean. Our trip was in fall so the fact that there is no air conditioning was not a problem. We loved it and the value was great excellent. We will be back!

The beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. The room was quiet, and the staff friendly! My one wish was that the thermostat could be set to a particular temperature. We used the space heater to warm it up b/c the temp was stuck at 67 and the thermostat didn't work. I was overall comfortable though, and felt like it was a safe and affordable place to stay. We'll be back! Oh, we also stayed in the pet free building which was nice.
