The rooms keys stopped working twice. After a third time ( I was very careful to keep them away from magnets) ... I wanted new keys. Same issues. The "breakfast" was toast and stale bagels. The room smelled musty (building 3) and the "amenities " were sparse. The facility had gone downhill since my last visit several years ago.

The property sits in a wonderful 360 degree setting. Water Mountains and beautiful views. Rustic updated lodge Clean and comfortable across from the Dillon Amphitheater. Staff is friendly always working. Breakfast was more than ample. Highly recommend the stay. Dog friendly

Beds were very old and uncomfortable. The walls were paper thin and could hear everything going on outside and in the other rooms. Also, rooms had no AC, so was very hot and stuffy even with windows open.
