Apartamento privado en el primer piso - A pasos de la playa - Se aceptan mascotas

Nicholas, en 17 E Street, se encuentra en el lado este de A1A Beach Blvd. aquí en el corazón de St. Playa Agustina. Nicholas es nuestro apartamento en el primer piso y tiene una entrada privada con un patio acogedor. En el patio tenemos una gran mesa de teca con cuatro sillas cómodas y una gran parrilla de gas. Nicholas admite mascotas y el patio trasero es ideal para nuestros huéspedes mascotas. El salón tiene un sofá grande y cómodo y un televisor de pantalla plana de 43 pulgadas. Nuestra cocina eficiente es pequeña pero aún tiene todo lo que necesitará para preparar, cocinar y servir comidas. El dormitorio tiene una nueva cama queen size y un gran armario. El baño completo tiene bañera y ducha y mucho espacio en el mostrador. También tenemos una nueva lavadora / secadora en Nicholas para nuestros huéspedes.
El garaje seguro es un espacio compartido con Barney, la unidad de arriba, y funciona muy bien para los huéspedes que viajan con bicicletas y otros equipos. También tenemos muchas sillas de playa y sombrillas para nuestros huéspedes. Además de vagones de playa para ayudarlo a llevarlo todo a la playa todos los días.
Nicholas es perfecto para parejas y familias pequeñas que buscan disfrutar de St. Agustín en comodidad y tranquilidad.
Además, es posible alquilar ambas unidades en E Street si necesita acomodar más invitados. Avíseme si esto es ideal y podemos coordinar fechas.

LOCATION!

The property was so clean and perfect for 2! We walked to the beach daily and to dinner every night. It was stocked with everything we need and having the beach cart with chairs and umbrella were perfect, as we flew in and didn't anything with us, for the beach! PERFECT! We will be back!

Nice property

The property was very clean and well kept. Staff was friendly and even offered to help with luggage. My only complaint is that the pictures online were taken with camera that exaggerated the size of the house. It is very small and the kitchen is micro sized and almost impossible to use for more than just sandwiches. The people that rented the other side of the house were not noisy by any means but you could hear every foot step they made at all times. Im sure they heard us too. Beach access was good but still quite a walk from the house.

Great location

If you're looking for a simple little hideaway close to the beach, this is for you. The beach is just a short stroll at the end of the street and everything else is a short walk or bike ride away. The host, Morgan, is a great guy and will make certain that you have everything you need. Bikes, beach chairs and even a beach wagon are all provided for you.

St. Augustine Get A Way

Perfect winter retreat!

Everything about the house suited our needs to a tee. Morgan could not have been more accommodating. The location was ideal for beach access, and it was just a short drive into St. Augustine proper. We had our small dog traveling with us, and the house provided a comfortable stay for her as well. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice Florida vacation.

Relaxing vacation

Great place!

This was a wonderful little gem in the perfect location to the beach and shops. Plenty of beach gear to use, including a wagon. The unit was perfect for us and our pups. Morgan was also great and SO accommodating and responsive to anything we needed. Would absolutely come back!

Great host and location

The host Morgan greeted us upon arrival and was very friendly and helpful with suggestions since my husband and I had never visited before. The place is perfect for couples. The beach was very close and historic district was not a far drive at all. I would love to return in the future.

Great getaway

This property was just what my husband and I were looking for to have a vacation together. We were able to walk to the beach, walk to breakfast, and downtown St. Augustine was never more than a 10 minute drive to explore the beautiful city and all of its history. We can’t wait to go back!!!

A great find!

We enjoyed staying at this location! It is on the ground level of a two story bldg, with a spacious patio including a gas grill. Great for two people (and our large dog), and spotless to boot. The apt is one block from the beautiful beach—away from all the sand but very easy to access, as well as several restaurants. I thought because we were close to A1A we might hear the traffic, but we heard nothing and slept well throughout our stay. Easy check in and check out.
