The building is quite worn. The online price is not what is charged. They said they could not reduce the price and that third parties have better rates. I chose EXPEDIA because they teased with a low rate, but in the end it only took a couple of bucks off the price. We have stayed a much nicer places for way less money.

I was checked into room 239 on Saturday, 18 Jan 2025 at approximately 5:30pm on the second floor and the rear of the property. I entered the room and a nauseating and overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke hit me in the face. It was overwhelming. I went and reported this to the front desk. The male clerk at first denied that cigarette smoke was possible as it was a non-smoking room. I told him I wasn't staying in that room and wanted another one. I also told him if this room also reeked of smoke I was not staying there and wanted a refund. The second room he assigned me too was room 240 on the second floor and to the front of the building. It did not reek of smoke but was barely clean. During the night we could hear the traffic from State Road 50. Very annoying. But later that night we were awakened to a very load verbal fight from the male and female occupant of room 238. we thought they would come to blows or shooting would start! Needless to say, we packed up the next morning and left. I will never return to this hotel and will not rent a room from Quality Inn. This was not a "Quality" experience.

Stayed 3 nights in (regular) King Suite. Loved everything! Excellent & friendly staff, speedy service, very clean rooms, very spacious, great location, felt safe and well lit, Liked the parking too and having a room to the outside. For a 3 star hotel & for the value and the area, property age, etc., they more than deserve 5 Gold Stars. Also liked how close it was to the Crystal River for swimming with Manatees & to the Weeki Washee Springs Park which is where the Mermaids are. Not a whole lot of a night life in Spring Hill, though the Capone’s (pool hall / bar) nearby was a real treat. We also ran into a couple of FEMA refugees staying at the hotel and they, too, were very very nice. Thought it was really cool that the hotel opened their doors to them.

Ppl were up and outside alll night long!! Its was gross the floors turned my socks blk after only an hr of being there. Bed was extremely uncomfortable wouldn’t recommend.

Dirty room smelled like someone had smoked in here prior and just way too noisy a room had asked for a rear facing room but couldn't get that......dangerous bathroom access with 2 steps up and a 3 foot step into the tub for a shower

Property was clean and easy to find. Very close to Weeki Wachee which is why we stayed there. There are restaurants and stores close by so everything you need is within a few minutes drive.
