This property is affordable and convenient. It could be much better with a deep cleaning of the rooms and windows. I loved the window seat, but not looking through the dirty windows. Also, we had to switch rooms because our bed linens were soiled when we arrived.

This was just for an overnight stay on our way to our vacation. I primarily chose this hotel due to reviews; cleanliness and breakfast. Both were on par with the price we paid.

I don’t normally write negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. During our stay, my children ended up covered in bug bites. At first, we thought they might be mosquito bites, but the number and pattern made it clear the issue was inside the room — likely bed bugs or another pest problem. On top of that, most of the staff we interacted with were rude and unhelpful, which only added to our frustration. The only exceptions were one or two front desk associates who were polite and did their best — but sadly, that wasn’t enough to make up for the rest. Our stay felt stressful and uncomfortable, especially trying to comfort itchy, miserable kids on what was supposed to be a fun trip. I hope management addresses the pest issue and improves staff training because, as it stands, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone — especially families.
