Room wasn’t ready at check in no hot water and no

When I arrived at 3:20 I was told my room wasn’t ready yet. I traveled and planned my arrival around 3:00 pm because that’s when I was told check in was. I planned to get there and shower since I’d been traveling! The front desk told me I could leave and come back in about a half an hour. I explained I wasn’t going anywhere as I got there after check-in and because I was traveling I had planned to shower, and didn’t want to go anywhere until I could!! It took about 15 minutes and then I was able to get in my room. Still a half hour after check-in! The room was ok considering I was only there to sleep, however there was NO hot water in the shower! Again, very disappointing since I planned my travel around getting there and showering. they didn’t have a fridge in the room. I had food I brought for the next day activities. It was very disappointing that much of my food went bad. I was able to put the liquids in the sink with ice, but the sink constantly leaked and the pipe leaked on the floor. There was absolutely no hot water and no blow dryer! Luckily I slept, was up early and left. Would not have been able to stay more than one day/night

The office desk are horrible. I waited 25 minutes to activate my room key because she was just talking to another employee. Meanwhile, 2 other people were waiting as well. This place is actually disgusting. My husbands room had beard shaving in the sink. And the toilet was dirty. When we asked for someone to clean up, she gave attitude to him. My room, the sink dripped and the floor was dirty. I told my girls not to walk bare feet. I did tell them about the sink and they did nothing. I wanted them to do something about our stay and they said because I used Expedia, they can’t do anything for me. The pictures they advertised is not accurate at all. Don’t go to this horrible place.
