Customer service & amenities were off the charts. Rooms were comfortable including the bed. Ample # elevators throughout the property allowing access to areas without having to use specific areas. The main restaurant was so good that we dined there several times. Service & food was excellent. Ask for a server named Lulu—she anticipated our needs & was incredibly friendly. Access to self-parking was close & trolleys were available. The entire hotel was very clean & accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.

We LOVED our stay here! Trip was to take our granddaughter to Dollywood. She loved the bunk beds that gave her her own little area! Very clean, beautiful decor, staff was excellent and trolly to Dollywood was included! Would highly recommend this Hotel!!
