People super nice always. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast had lots of choices and the other restaurants were good too. Easy to move around they’ll pick you up any time .Short uber drive to la fortuna downtown.

Staff were amazing (very amiable and professional); grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Loved the room patio view, hot tub, and heated pool with bar. Reception desk workers super accommodating and informative. Wonderful breakfast included with stay. Would definitely recommend and return.

Baldi is an amazing and one of a kind hotel! The new rooms in the back of the hot springs are huge and beautiful. There’s no other place in the world like their multi-level volcanic hot springs. They are a must see while in Arenal. The spa is incredible as well!
