Wow!! This was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had! The staff was incredible and were so supportive and accommodating to EVERYTHING we needed. They went above and beyond to make sure this was the best vacation ever! We were celebrating our 20th anniversary and they made sure it was so perfect! I couldn’t recommend this place enough!! We used the private hot tub every night it was very private and secluded. 10/10 Pura Vida

This location was the ideal place for for my multi-generational family vacation. The property is gorgeous and we especially liked the pool and surrounding garden — it was a beautiful oasis for afternoon breaks. The staff was so attentive— I think there was a moment where I whatsapp’d them and they were on site within minutes! The only reason I put 4 stars for amenities is because the kitchen stools and some of the kitchen tools were pretty cheap compared to the luxe nature of everything else on the property.

This location is fairly new in an up and coming location near La Fortuna center. The facility was great. Very spacious for a family of four (parents and two teenagers). The staff was awesome. Helped set up an itinerary and have everything taken care of for us. Of the 5 days of events, 3 of them provided transportation directly from Bauma to the location. They did offer full transportation but we wanted to explore. UBER is illegal there, but you can use it. You just have to have someone ride in the front seat. All of the locations that Bauma suggested were great. These included a floating raft tour, a full day combination tour including ending at a hot springs and an ATV tour. If you rent a car like we did, just be prepared for a "White Knuckle" drive through the mountains to get to La Fortuna.
