Overall we enjoyed our stay at Manoa. The hotel cabana style room was very private and peaceful. The hot springs were a nice feature. We dined at the hotel on 2 of 3 nights, but chose the poolside bar as the main restaurant did not suit our children food tastes, however the quality was excellent. The food and drinks at the hotel were expensive compared to the plentiful bars/restaurants in La Fortuna, which is a 10minute drive away. There seemed to be plenty taxis (Uber) available into town for only a few dollars each way. There are lots of activities and excursions available in the area. Swimming at La Fortuna waterfall and nearby hot river was our highlight.

Amazing views of Arenal volcano!! Staff provided excellent hospitality and went above and beyond for anything that was requested. Stayed 5 nights as we toured the area. Hot springs are nice and the food was top notch. Check in and out was a breeze. Even gave us a complimentary lunch one day. The flora and fauna kept us engaged and the pool are is cool. Great trip to Costa Rica and Arenal Manoa made it happen.

The property was beautiful- very lush and well kept. Our patio had a view of the volcano which was amazing. The room was spacious and beds very comfortable. The bathroom was wierd though in its layout- did not like the open shower. Liked being able to park near our front door and having no stairs or elevators. Excellent service though in all places. We like our four night stay here.

We had an incredible stay at the Arenal Manoa Resort in the Chato Suite. The welcome and guest services were exceptional—warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. The staff made sure every part of our stay felt personalized and smooth. The Chato Suite itself was spacious, clean, and perfectly positioned with a breathtaking view of the Arenal Volcano. The private pool was secluded, clean, and a perfect spot to relax while enjoying the scenery. It added a luxurious, peaceful touch to our experience. Breakfast, included with the stay, was solid—plenty of options, fresh ingredients, and a pleasant setting with great views to start each day.
