Very beautiful property, room was spacious , food was good. Front desk Staffs are okay. - they did their job but not as welcoming or accommodating as staffs in other resorts in Carribean. And don’t expect early check in, the front desk have us wait till 3pm to check in ( I guess the room was ready before check in , I was waiting at the lobby, but they didn’t notify me the room was ready until I ask them if it was ready at 3pm. Restaurant staffs were really nice and excellent service. I think I will not come back to Costa Rica, rather go to DR or Cancun for my next trip. I recommend this resort who are planning to visit La Fortuna.

The superior rooms are very close to the highway and it was LOUD. Woke us up many times a night- big trucks & bikes without mufflers Room stunk from the drain in toilet room. The shower drain wouldn’t drain and maintenance had to come clear all the hair clogging it which grossed me out. For the price that shouldn’t be happening. Maintenance left a mess from muddy boots which isn’t a big deal but We asked for cleaning and came back 5.5 hours later to still the muddy tracks through the room.

The grounds and hot pools are amazing! Loved it. Our room was great but very loud. I could hear a little child walking upstairs. I would ask for a room on an upper floor. Otherwise we loved our stay.
