Fripp Vacay Tradition Year 3

A beautiful home with a spectacular view! Even though our trip coincided with a tropical storm for a few days, you couldn’t have picked a better spot. Great, large windows over looking the golf course and Marsh. Quiet culdesac. This house has a great layout for groups/families! We love Fripp and this house has certainly cemented plenty of great family memories. Thank you for sharing with us!

Amazing Views

Our family enjoyed everything about this house.The Sunset Views from the back porch looking over the Marsh couldn’t have been any better.The house had a lot of space for our family to spread out.We enjoyed staying on the Golf Course for the first time but definitely advise to always be paying attention when someone is teeing off.Would definitely stay in this house again.

Gorgeous sunsets

Our extended family stayed at Sweetgrass and had a great time. The home has beautiful sunset views and an amazing primary suite. It is stocked with games and has lots of bedrooms to handle many generations.

Great stay in a great house

Sweetgrass is a wonderful home in a quiet neighborhood. The views of the marsh over the golf course are incredible, and the back porch is a perfect pot for relaxing after a day at the beach -- just watch out for errant golf balls if someone is teeing off for an evening round! The house is well appointed overall, with a well stocked kitchen. The extra fridge in the garage is particularly convenient. The only issue we noted was that there weren't any beach chairs in the house as the listing indicated. That wasn't a problem for us because we live in Beaufort and were able to just grab some from home, but it would have been an unexpected expense had we not had that option. But a fantastic experience overall!

So far, Our fav!

This house has it all…peaceful environment, attentive host, very comfortable beds, lots of space, gorgeous sunsets every night, spacious garage, wonderful appliances, lots of closet space, comfortable furnishings, & much more. We had a wonderful time and felt truly comfortable the whole week. Rent a golf cart or 3 like we did. Carts are part of the Fripp experience. Enjoy the wildlife, & respect the fact that they were here first. The marina, beach & Cababa Pool are not too far. We ordered dinner from the Beach Club a few times & picked up sandwiches at the Market Deli often. This house has a great washer & dryer so you don’t need to bring a lot of clothes! Stop off in Beaufort or Lady’s Island for your groceries, but the smaller Market near the Fripp gate will have any food & supply staples you might need. Enjoy! We’ll be back!

Overall nice day

This was our first time back to Fripp Island in over a decade and overall the visit was very enjoyable. The layout of the house was perfect for two families with a total of six children and teens. The kitchen was very well start with dishes and utensils and such, though there were crumbs and sticky things in several of the kitchen drawers so I felt like I had to wash all the dishes before we use them. Also be forewarned, the dishwasher is very very slow (~3 hours) so we had to leave it running with dishes in the sink which led to an additional cleaning charge. Make sure you’re getting it loaded up and run the evening before check out!

Great House/Great Views

House was great. Sunset views off back deck are the best on the island. In quiet cul-de-sac with very little traffic. Was some construction noise but mostly while we were at beach. Since cooking and eating in are main option on Fripp, I would suggest more cookware and cooking utensils. Other than that house was perfect. Group managing house was very responsive.

Amazing Oasis

Such a beautiful home with the best view of the sunset! We loved seeing all the wildlife! Plenty of room for everyone with a great open kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! Hope to come back again soon!

Great week in clean, updated house

We had a great stay at a Fairway to Heaven. Three families with 6 children and the house laid out well to accommodate us all. We loved the open floor plan and large kitchen. Houses was very clean and we enjoyed the beautiful paintings throughout the house. Property manager was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Fripp Summer Vacation

Perfect house for large family or group. Entertaining area works nicely for group gatherings, meals, and games. Quiet location with great views. Property management company is excellent about answering any questions you might have about the property. Relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Beautiful house!

The women in my family take an annual trip together and we chose this house for t his year’s trip. There are 8 of us and it was perfect. The kitchen is large and there was room for all of us to gather and cook and drink wine. The deck overlooks the golf course and marsh and had plenty of seating for us all. We were all tremendously happy with our choice and we will definitely look to go back!

Great vacation spot!

Quiet and beautiful part of the island. We loved the personal artwork and found ourselves just sitting on the back porch every evening watching the sunset
