But biggest complaint would have to be the hotel staff specifically the women! A lot of them don’t come off friendly at all. I really wished I caught her name but there was a server who came down to the smaller pool to collect bottles and I asked her if she’s taking drink orders…she said no very aggressively as if I asked her to do something that wasn’t in her job description and she proceeded to walk away. I think hotel management needs to talk to employees about customer service because that really really rubbed me the wrong way."
