Had a wonderful stay. Beyond Beautiful. Love that the water activities like water ski'ing , and power boat were part of the all inclusive. Only small complaint is you could only eat at one restaurant per day and you needed reservations. One of the restaurants were not part of the all inclusive you had to pay extra for that one. Overall Great stay!!!!

I love everything thing clean excellent service only problem was very disappointed it did not have much night entertainment and when people came out to hang out at night the only bar start to shut down by 11.00 pmand nothing else to do.

Very Clean lots of room and pools -bars. Very warm greeting on arrival but check out staff was not a smile or "how was your stay" Most hostesses were nice and pool bartenders.

Even though we didn’t request an Ocean View our room had a great view. Hotel room is showing age, had a no hot water incident but within 5 minutes of calling it was corrected. We travelled with a toddler and when we tried to bring some food away from any of the restaurants for him they said it wasn’t allowed. Found that very strange. Food was decent for an all inclusive. Bar staff was great. Grounds were very pretty.

Great hotel. The rooms were large, comfortable and clean. The only thing I wasn't so fond of was the food. Loved Joy tours!! The hotel staff was also very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

The room never got below 76 degrees at night. The doors did not properly closed and bathroom had termites bugs. We stayed one night instead of four nights, and would not refund us.

From start to finish, it was an amazing vacation. Food at all of the restaurants was good, though dinner reservations are required for all restaurants other than the buffets. Don't miss Le Jardin-- it's well worth the surcharge. Coco Cafe is lovely for a quick snack and has some really wonderful espresso drinks. The staff is outstanding, very professional and welcoming across the board. Activities around the resort were fun, and the entertainment was decent. The only "con" to our stay was that we had to leave, but I resolved that after getting home by immediately booking a return in the very near future.

Nice hotel, great food.

Pros: Complex was not too large so as to make every amenity an easy and short walk. Yet was large enough to make any of the amenities available to all.
Cons: Making dinner reservations was to time consuming, they need a more efficient system.
Location: Location was a little farther from the airport than I would of liked, but other than the distance it was close to local shopping.
Was a well maintained resort and the food choices were from a wide variety of meats, fruits and vegetables. There were local dishes as well as Italian, French, Mexican, etc.
