DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I really tried to give the property a chance to right their wrongs but they chose to ignore my emails. The entire staff is poorly trained-- if trained at all. The rooms are poorly maintained. The wifi is only existent in certain weird areas of the rooms and property. None of the promised discounts or credits are given. Just stay somewhere else, TRUST ME. Worst Royalton in the bunch-- I've been to 6 Royaltons. St Lucia Royalton would be a waste of your time and hard earned money.

The room had a damp musty smell for the entirety of our stay. The grounds were kept in good condition but the room seemed like it was neglected (stains, etc). The elevator was not working in our room’s building. Had to use stairs or employee elevator. Employee elevator was always dirty. Towels were never fully replaced even when soiled ones were removed.

The hotel was nice, but the service was horrible. Janell (concierge bldg 5) was great but that was about it. Was hard to get simple things like water or to restock the beer , which only happened once during our stay. We went with a group that held 6 rooms including ours. One room flooded because the tub leaked. We all ordered room service at least once that never came. Was hard to get napkins when at meal service. Another room was wet when we got there. Another the kettle leaked. 5403 (my room)5105, 4008, 4107,4114 and another room Zamina Mohammed. For the money we paid we expected way way better. My husband and I chose this location based on a previous stay in Royalton Negril which was fantastic back in November 2021. I can’t believe we almost purchased or even considered a prime package. Based on what we saw glad we didn’t.

The reservation was for a luxury junior suit with a king size bed, unfortunately we welcomed two queen beds. The room was not prepared appropriate toiletries such as wash clothes and towels. The room also had a staleness to it with floors and countertops that had dust and debris. The property was well maintained and groomed. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and accommodating, where as the servicing staff in the restaurants were polar opposite to house keeping and bartenders that were extremely amazing.

This is by far the worse resort I’ve ever stayed on in my life. Elevators were breaking down, no straws for drinks, no napkins for meals, bars running out of liquor! No availability for the restaurants besides the buffet. Worms and bugs in my room. Remade our room with dirty sheets. Swim up pool seats had paint and dirt splattered all over them. Mirror in the room had paint splattered all over it. Extremely understaffed on every part of the resort! By far thee worse resort we’ve ever been on!

Our room had a terrible musty smell...black mold on bathroom curtains. Most of the staff was very friendly, but some were very rude. Our last day the pool bars ran out of rum....how is that possible? All in all it was a good family vacation, but we will not return.

The property itself is large. I checked outn4 days earlier and went to another hotel. The elevator stopped working and my room.was on thr 5th floor. Nobody ask to relocate my room. The staff looked, dress and operated more like McDonald's worker than a resort staff. Their uniform were dirty and overall not hospitality. The rooms and hallway were dirty. The lunch room had variety but not quality. Poorly prepared

The Worst Vacation We’ve Ever Had Our stay was an absolute disappointment from start to finish. The resort ran out of tequila every single day — how does a Caribbean resort run out of tequila? The food situation was just as bad: one day they ran out of burgers, the next day jerk chicken, and at the steakhouse, even the ribeye was “unavailable.” When food was available, it was subpar — the crab cake was hard as a brick and small enough to pass for a chicken nugget. Basic amenities were also a mess. They repeatedly ran out of pool and beach towels, which made it impossible to enjoy the facilities comfortably. We booked a king-size junior suite but were given two queen beds instead, with no effort to correct the issue. When we politely shared our concerns with staff, they seemed completely indifferent — no apology, no accountability, just blank stares. I’ve never been so happy to go home from a trip. What should have been a relaxing getaway turned into a frustrating experience that we couldn’t wait to end. Save yourself the disappointment — this was by far the worst vacation we’ve ever been on.

The service is terrible. The resort is nice. The staff need serious hospitality training. There were bugs all over the food at the buffet. I watched a worked squash a palmetto bug in front of me in the restaurant. Our butler service and diamond club was a waste of money. Go somewhere else.
