The cleaning of rooms left much to be desired on my part. Bathroom wasnt clean as i like. Never left regular coffee just tea and decaf for keurig. Bed was hard and hurt both mine and my husbands backs. We left 2 days early because of kids running up and down hallways till 11 at night and very noisey.

Pool area was nice. Patio was nice. Other than that, I would not recommend staying at this hotel if you are traveling to come back to a comfortable place to sit after a long day out. All of the drink machines, on every floor, were out of order or out of stock. No other options available on site. Vending machine snacks. The bar was closed due to "family emergency". Completely understand that after the "kind night manager" at the front desk explained it to me.... but if you know that morning someone isn't going to be there, go ahead and make a sign to say, please fend for yourself this evening, we will be closed. I wouldn't make this remark if I hadn't of seen the signs ready to put out that morning at the front desk. For the amount of money we paid, overpriced and ill equipped.

Very nice hotel. The kids loved swimming in the pool watching the movie with popcorn. I enjoyed the warm hot tub and the breakfast was an amazing surprise. The staff was super nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel....

I will say the service at the hotel was excellent and the food for the breakfast which had real eggs not the powder stuff was decent my only suggestion and concern and one of the main reasons I will not be probably coming back for a while is due to the fact that there was a large group of children approximately 10 to 15 kids who entered the pool area with adults semi-supervised who which then destroyed the hot tub and absolutely took over the pool. Obviously during the day and evening I completely understand this is a hotel but when it comes to approximately 11:00 to midnight and 6 months old babies are still up with the parents and kids are running rampant in the pool area this is absolutely a turn off for me coming back. Several hotels I've been to have a children cut off limit around 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. adults would also like to spend time relaxing the pool area and the hot tub without children and then when I see children again I specify 6 months to approximately 8 to 9 years old splashing around and I did say destroy the hot tub which these kids did pull plugs which sent water flying approximately three to four feet in the air which the maintenance crew had to come out and security then eat pulled the kids out and kick the family out of the pool area this is not a good sign for the hotel. I did suggest that the hotel should have a cut off time which I completely understand it is not up to the receptionist jobs to make such rules but is a high suggestion to corporate.

Very friendly staff, room was very clean, no issue getting extra towels when we asked. The buffet breakfast was pretty decent, but the pancakes were crunchy on the edges, and there was WAY too much pepper in the eggs. I have a sensitive stomach and can't handle that junk. I also tried to take a nap around 9/10-ish, and the cleaning people were stomping up and down the hall and slamming doors, so I didn't get any rest after being up half the night. I get y'all have a job to do, but can you please shut the doors quietly? Only giving 4 stars, bc the price is very fair for the quality of the hotel you're getting.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. When the doors to the hotel opens, the first thing was how beautiful the lobby is. The check in was a breeze. The sweet lady at check in told me about the movies and popcorn. We went upstairs to go to our room, and upon opening our door the room was huge and clean. The bed was super comfortable as well. The next day we left the room to enjoy all the wonderful splendors of Pigeon Forge. And I received a text from the hotel, asking if the stay was ok and if I needed anything. I have traveled a lot and that is some of the best customer service I have EVER received. After our day was done when went to the hotel and went into the room, the cleaning staff had left a note saying they couldn’t make up our bed because our personal belongings was on the bed. I love love this, that showed us they had been in our room and gave us extra towel's. I have the hardest time getting extra towel’s. We two people check in and there isn’t enough towel’s for two people, I have to call and get them to bring me some. And I didn’t have to do that this time. AMAZING!!! The pool was open 24 hours of the day, I would definitely recommend everyone staying here!!!
