This hotel was 4 minutes from Dollywood and very close to the main strip in Pigeon Forge, you cannot beat this location. The room was extremely spacious and had lots of storage. Only “complaint” would be the bathroom door was frosted glass, so if you were in the bathroom while someone was sleeping the whole room was bright from the bathroom light. The room itself had blackout curtains though which was nice.

This property is newer, up on a hill, but certainly close to where you will need to go. Internet worked. Loved the electric blinds and blackout blinds. Very modern!

Staff was hard to understand and they were not very helpful. We ordered a pizza and they brought it up cold. No microwave to warm it. It was cooked there at the hotel.

The Hotel was very clean. The staff was excellent. The shower was great, plenty of pressure and hot water. We had a minor issue with lights in the room. Only other issue was with the elevator. One in our party is handicapped and the elevator doors close really fast and hard before you can even get inside.

Amazing!

Absolutely loved this hotel! Very very nice! This will be our go to hotel for anytime we go to pigeon forge. We came for a long weekend for my son to play at the Ripken Experience. I was so happy with our stay!
