Spacious studio, Great location

Very, very easy to check in, and to come and go. Driveway parking! Well appointed full kitchen. Quiet environment. With the exception of one thing, which we were able to clean, the studio, with dishes, plenty of towels, bedding, etc., was clean and inviting. Full size refrigerator and freezer! Bring your own soap for the shower. Nice backyard setting. I’d recommend stocking the studio with an extra blanket, and slightly larger trash can. Efficient heating and air conditioning. Clear instructions, good wi-fi and internet connectivity. Private. We’ll rent again!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The casita was very clean and quiet. I will definitely stay again. Sandy was great to talk to about the area and what the area provides. Loved the walking/biking path directly behind the house. Would recommend the property to anyone.

Surprise Baseball trip

Wonderful property with a Casita for privacy. Enjoyed talking with our hosts . They were very helpful finding restaurants to eat at , plus info for going to Sedona for the day . Sandy ended up getting us tickets to Heards Museum so we could kill sometime before our flight . Definitely recommend for two people stay .

Great place, uncaring greedy owners

The owners made a mistake in listing their property and when I asked for a refund she said that she would only get a little money back and would only give me a fraction of what I paid for the booking. The owner texted me very late at night 11:19 PM about a non-emergency question/request to begin cleaning while I still had a reservation. I am disgusted by this owner's callousness and will never reward them with any of my money again. They also have a pest problem that they only manage with sticky traps throughout the property.

Just what we needed!

We were in Arizona scoping out independent living facilities for my mom in Sun City and this place was perfect for us. We didn’t have a lot of down time, but when we did, it was great to enjoy the wonderful backyard and the walking trail that runs behind the property! The very friendly owner was available the entire time we were there, but really we needed nothing because the unit was so easy and well-equipped. Directions were very clear on check in and check out processes. We will be back! What a gem!

Wonderful!

We had a great stay! The casita was excellent- spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect for quiet walks in the morning and golf in the afternoon. We truly enjoyed our stay and will return.

Springtime Desert reTREAT

We were looking for simple lodging near our daughter and family, but were treated to so much more. The property is a paradise retreat, every care taken with resort style landscaping complete with fountain, fire pit and an awesome walking path out the back gate. The studio itself is perfect lodging for 2, all new furniture, washer/dryer, and kitchen... in summary, accommodations that made a trip to NW Phoenix just perfect!

Sun city vacation rental

Was not able to get in touch with property manager, however the property owner was in contact and very helpful. The location was easily accessible once you figured out your route and we thoroughly enjoyed the walking trail just off the property.
