THIS IS A TWO BEDROOM CONDO, NOT A STUDIO. If you're looking for an excellent location while visiting BARRETT JACKSON AUTO AUCTION, WASTE MANAGEMENT TPC, and SPRING TRAINING, you've found the right place! This beautiful condo is located on Scottsdale Ranch in the heart of Scottsdale. It is a gated community with mostly year around residents. We are on the 3rd (top) floor, lakefront, with splendid views of the McDowell Mountains and Pinnacle Peak. Just across the street you will find The Mercado Shopping Plaza, which incudes a Planet Fitness, Goldie's Sports Restaurant and Bar, Circle K, Coffee and Donut shop, Eggstacy, Walgreens, Nail Salon, Dry Cleaner, Barbershop, Hair Salon, Chiropractor, and much more. We have a beautiful pools with hot tub, Planet Fitness just across the street, and we are also adjacent to the largest park on Scottsdale Ranch, which includes numerous sports courts of all kinds, including PICKLE BALL. The Senior Center is located directly adjacent to the park, and you can catch the extensive bike trails from here, which you can take all the way to Tempe should you wish to do so.

Serenity at its Best

This penthouse condo is exquisite, comfortable and close to everything. Stylish and modern, we came for a week and did not want to leave. The lanai is the place to be when home and the view and quiet are so welcoming on a vacation. Beds are comfortable and you have TV's in each bedroom and the livingroom. Also, a washer and dryer for convenience, simply a beautiful condo.The neighborhood is beautiful with a great strip shopping center just down the street with a sports bar, an Italian restaurant, and a fabulous French Restaurant called Voila Wine Bar. We ate there three times. You have an upscale grocery, a Walgreens and every other thing you would need including a dentist and a nail salon. You never have to go further than around the block. A 10 minute ride to Talking Stick Casino, try the Orange Sky for a great dinner.Reservations needed. If you love shopping, you cannot miss My Sister;s Closet in the Lincoln Village shopping Center in Paradise Valley, 15 minutes away. The mountains along with Lake Serena and this beautiful condo has left us relaxed and refreshed.
