The room was clean. A little noisy during certain times due to outside noise from a car wash nearby, and trucks. Breakfast service was 7am to 10am which was nice to be able to eat a little later than the usual breakfast hrs at hotels. Coffee was great. My stay was a whole week so I would have enjoyed a little more variety in what was offered. More fruit choices, for one, only apples offered. It was scrambled eggs and sausage patties every day. The staff were all very friendly. I was super bummed that the pool was being worked on the whole week so I wasn’t able to use it. I had specifically looked for a hotel with a pool. I wasn’t made aware of the fact it wouldn't be available. But overall, I had a good stay.

the room keys last one day… then must be reactivated… which is scary if entering the hotel not by the front door at night. One must walk all the way to front, wait around for the desk clerk to rekey the room key. there must me a more efficient system you all could create. the breakfast was exactly the same all four mornings… why not switch it up …

The room AC worked but the thermostat on the wall didn't seem to cool to Temp set until I went to the window unit and set that thermostat to the same temperature. There was absolutely no AC in the hallways, lobby or breakfast area. The elevator was extremely hot and there was no ventilation fan.
