As you enter your home you are greeted with an office space for two. The first floor living area offers comfortable sofa, television, and gas fireplace. Separate laundry area with covenant wet bar offers a great hang out place for the kids or additional guest.

Also on this floor are two guest bedrooms both with Queen Size beds and full bathroom. One of the guest bedrooms offers access to your private and quaint backyard area.

Second floor living level brings the outdoors in with a sliding Nano Wall unit that when opened, incorporates the front balcony into the living area! Enjoy the ocean breezes while relaxing in the living area or sitting on the private patio.

The living area is open to dining and kitchen. The kitchen is fully appointed and offers all of the cooking amenities you will need for your stay. Prep and prepare meals on your center island, BBQ your favorite meals on the outside deck, relax and eat on the bonus upstairs deck, or simply dine inside on the dining table.

The Master Suite is spacious and offers plenty of closet space and Cal King size bed. Master bathroom features a soaking tub, gorgeous tile shower, and dry sauna!
