We enjoyed our stay. This unit is within Windsor Hills gated community which is very nice. Our family has stayed in this neighborhood many times. We love the pool and waterslides. And the little grill/store, at which we got some drinks.The unit itself is on the second floor ( elevator and stairs). Accessing the condo with door code was easy-clear directions and code upon check-in date. The furniture is comfortable. The kitchen is well socked. The pillows are better than most. Having the screened-in balcony was very enjoyable. The decor was just as pictured. Very cute.Our only trouble was checking in. There was a communication breakdown between the community and the owner:we weren’t on the guest list so we had to get in the check-in line each time we approached the property which at times was very long and we couldn’t use the amenities until we were “guests”. The Windsor Hills people eventually reached the owners/managing company and all was set straight. The rest of the stay was problem free. We had a wonderful time here.
