The pleasant employees help make this a wonderful stay. Pools, hot tubs and bars fantastic. Food services fast and good. Everyone so helpful. Plus never run out of towels in room or at pools. A very family friendly and safe hotel. Excellent bus service to parks.

It cannot get any Better than this Place. The room was spotless. The view was intense. The detail to the experience is twice over Disney. [Family of 4] Had a very enjoyable stay at the Cabana Bay Beach Resort. Room was clean. Amenities were great tool. Very close to the theme parks with convenient shuttles running back and forth frequently. Early access to the parks also saved us a lot of time waiting for the popular rides. For our day off from the parks, we rented a car from the on-premises Avis counter to go shopping and have a nice dinner outside of the resort.

The staff was very nice and friendly. Excellent shuttle to and from parks. Unfortunately, empty soap, barely any shampoo and toilet paper when we arrived. Only had room service once during our four day stay. Not nit picking, just leaving feedback. Would stay again
