This was a great property, beautiful and very clean. It is however difficult to get in communication with the management.

Overall a Very Nice Condo

Overall the condo was good. Positives: 1. Furniture and decor were nice, 2. The location of the condo to Disney was great, and 3. Quick response to a repair needed to a toilet that would not flush. Negatives: 1. The mattresses were very hard/firm and uncomfortable so it was hard to get much needed sleep, 2. trash dumpsters located across from condo were overflowing, 3. could use spraying for bugs, 4. Needs touch up paint on wall where chair rail was installed, and 5. Laundry room needs better ventilation and/or the dryer vent that goes to the outside needs to be cleaned out or checked to make sure it is hooked up correctly. When washing/drying clothes it would get very hot in the small room and the back of the bi-fold doors would be sweating.
