Even though I had made a reservation with a confirmation number weeks ago, almost had to book at another place because I arrived at 6pm to check in. And it was a reserve now pay later reservation, they charged me way before I arrive to the hotel which took me by surprise because it was to hold the reservation not charge it and I was gonna use another CC. And the images of the hotel (lobby) doesn’t look like the ones on Expedia.

A localização é excelente e o atendimento na recepção também. Solicitei um quarto que já estivesse renovado e fui atendida! Muito bom! Tudo novinho, sem carpete. O único senão é o barulho da auto estrada. Parece que os carros estão dentro do quarto. Quanto ao serviço de limpeza dos quartos, esse ficou a desejar… éramos 3 pessoas no quarto e depois de limpar só me deixavam 2 toalhas de banho. Sem toalha de mão, rosto e tapete. Toda vez que chegava no quarto à noite eu tinha que pedir as toalhas que faltavam e só me traziam no dia seguinte de manhã. Fora isso, havia sujeira no chão antes de eu entrar no quarto e que estavam no mesmo lugar depois que fiz o check out. Não limpam embaixo e atrás dos móveis. Muita poeira e restos de hóspedes anteriores.

I liked that we are walking distance from icon park. But room wise floor was dirty I felt dirt on the feet while walking. Bathroom door was broken. They said it was a soundproof room we heard everything and everyone. Black out curtains… light was shining bright through them. And I had to withdraw 200 dollars on there atm cause they don’t take cards charging an extra 5 dollars. There way of making more money(robbing).

Economical room for Orlando stay

The location was idea for my needs. The room was clean, but nothing special. Quite dated, and a few minor broken things.…but the facility is undergoing remodeling, so it didn’t bother us. The tv in our room didn’t work well, but we don’t usually watch tv, so it didn’t bother us.

Equipe super atenciosa, procurando sempre atender aos pedidos. O hotel passa por reforma das suites. Tive oportunidade de ficar numa delas. Piso e banheiros reformados com bom gosto, apesar de gostar do quarto com o velho e bom carpete. Certamente voltarei outras vezes. PS: senti falta da maquina de gelo da piscina (rsrsrs)

The hotel is super central, very close to all of Orlando's attractions, especially those located in ICON Park. You don't even need a car to explore the city's busiest and most attraction-filled streets.

Hotel is under renovation but we knew that when we booked there was some construction noise but that was expected. We had an old room but it was clean and good for what we needed. We were on the ground level which was nice room 112 but it was close to the gate going to the pool area and front desk the gate slams it was way worse then the noise from construction. Note to Hotel……while doing reno’s also put in a better gate that doesn't slam. Overall enjoyed our stay the location was great and with in walking distance to stuff or cheap Uber rides.

They charge you $10 for breakfast per person and it’s a basic continental. Hot tub Was not hot. It was colder than the pool. Staff at the front desk was great. And our room was clean but the ac was very loud

Pros: Got lucky with a new renovated room, which brought a microwave and mini fridge as well as a sink outside the bathroom super clean and modern. Walkable to icon park and a lot of restaurants options. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Cons: Construction noise going on most of the day till almost 7pm. The hot tub wasn’t hot and the towels for the pool always took forever to come out we had to continue asking for them. Overall the stay was great and i can’t wait to be back once the hotel is completely renovated.

Probably the lowest quality hotel I’ve stayed in and I’ve stayed in hostels alll over. People smoking pot outside and smell was coming in while the hacked away. Tried to call front desk to report it but the phone didn’t work. Sitting chair was stained all over the seat, bedspread had stains, towels were stained with make up and thread bare in spots, the freeway noise is loud. They are under renovation and one of the workers was nodding off outside the elevator. It was a bizarre experience. The good: location, the beds were decently comfortable and the bathroom in our room had been redone and looked nice.

This property is the best deal in Orlando for me and my family. They are doing lots of renovations in some rooms but that didn’t affect our stay. For the price it is a great place and location. I always enjoy staying here. I’ll be back again. I’ve stayed 3 different times now. No major complaints at all. 8/10 stars
