The room ended up being rented by an owner and not the actual property so we couldn't check in at the desk It wasn't a big deal though, the desk gave me a phone number to call and they gave me a pin code to access the room. For the price the room was nice and the pool area was pretty decent as well. The room was like an efficiency sweet with a kitchen and washed and dryer. The bathroom was large and had a private toilet room, which for those of you in a new relationship will find clutch. Also its own exhaust fan ; ) The bed was comfy enough. The air conditioner was really noisy and it took me two days to figure out how to use the thermostat. Pretty much everyone who stays there are our hitting the parks all day so the pool area is typically not very busy. I was there for work so my wife spent the couple of days hanging by the pool and she enjoyed herself. She said the pool bar was nice and had a hot food menu but she felt it was overpriced. Honestly for the price it's really hard to knock this place. I think you get a lot for your money but If you are reading this 5 years from now and they haven't done a renovation or refresh then it's probably EOL.

Fun pool and affordable stay. It was within an easy walk to the Universal Summerside hotels which offer free transportation to the parks.

Someone used the room before I arrived late at night. Bath tube was filled with hot water still in the tub and a bottle of milk on the counter, bedroom tv didn’t work at all, ac unit stop blowing cold air the last night there and couldn’t provided maintenance since the building didn’t have anyone on site and the owners of the room are not on site

The room was not clean, beds were undone, dishes in the sink. Basically the room was not ready for us. We got there at 3:55 and around 4:10 the supervisor came by and was surprised that we were checking in and the room was in that condition.

Stayed a total of 4 nights. House keeping never came. No fresh towels. We went to the front desk to check in and were told we needed to check in at a computer instead, which is fine. It felt like we were completely ignored. Beds are extremely uncomfortable. My son preferred the hard floor. Would not recommend.

Poor customer service, the girl there was horrible didn’t want to help me I was checking in and it was my first time there and she couldn’t even get off her phone to show me where to go or anything!!!! And then I asked for something else and they were like o only the manager can do that which he wasn’t there cus they leave at 6. Never staying here again!

I really loved the location and how clean and comfortable the rooms were. I did not like that when I called the front desk for a late check out because I was not feeling well they said it's have to pay $30.. kinda insensitive. But it was a great hotel for the price so I would still recommend

Not what we expected

Checking in online, while convenient was a little confusing. Once we figured it out and got our number for the door, we attempted to enter it and it would not let us in. We called and was able to speak with someone quickly who gave us a backup number. The room was on the top floor which smelled strongly of marijuana. You could smell it the second you got off the elevator and it carried into the room unfortunately. Pictures of the hotel room show a stove, however there is just a microwave and mini fridge. In addition, it said a TV with cable. There was a small TV and it only had streaming services. We utilized our login but the app was malfunctioning and we can only control it with our phone. The bed was average, typical fairly rough mattress. It was an okay place to stay, but overall didn't meet our expectations. It appears that most of these units are purchased and then rent it out individually so the front desk isn't of any help either. Had I known this wasn't a typical hotel I would not have booked it.
