Just Okay.

Stayed with family friends for 5 days. Coming in the house was beautiful, inside was clean. But there was a swarm of fruit flies in the kitchen, thankfully someone came the next day to help with that but it was a small fix. The pool/hot tub heat was paid for and not on and we didn’t get it on until the following day when we called the office again. Unfortunately the lanai screens were a disaster and when we called and told them about 10 missing screens they didn’t even know about them. We had to scrub every chair and table outside because of how much pollen and spider/cob webs there were, it honestly seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned or used in a very long time. All in all it’s a beautiful house just needs some fixing and maintenance work done.Thank you for having us, we had a lot of fun.

DIRTY AND RUN DOWN VERY NOISY

Disappointed with this rental, it is extremely weathered, run down, the furniture is old and dirty, walls need painting. Decor is as cheap as it comes. Don't use the freezer as it puts an awful odor on everything that you put in it. The neighbours pool system is right next to were you would sit, extremely loud. We had to clean the floors and towels and bedding before we used them. Video games didn't work and they couldn't fix it. The theatre smells mouldy and the lounge chairs are all worn out and patched. If you care about the above then this place is NOT for you. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND RENTING. I will never rent from this organization again!

Great House, it could be cleaned a little better.

Overall, the house is beautiful. I think if the floors were cleaner and dusting was included in the cleaning process it would have been perfect. There are a few items that needed to be fixed, which I notified the office about, hopefully they will fix them before the next guest arrives. The house is beautiful just wasn't as clean as we would have expected. We found a dirty wash cloth in the master shower, which made us believe the bathroom had not been cleaned. The grill was a mess, which was a total disappointment. The trash from the guest before us had not been taken care of before we arrived so we kept smelling a horrible smell while in the pool and out front, my husband finally figured out it was the trash. Again, we liked the house and felt it had most of what you will need, it just needs to be cleaned better. Oh and the Tv's in the kids room and movie theater were super difficult to figure out. My kids didn't get to watch any movies in the theater and at night couldn't watch TV in their rooms. There needs to be a user guide in each room next to the remotes to explain how to work the TV's and the theater room should be setup and ready for guests to. We travel a lot and we only stay in rental properties, so I might be a little spoiled as to what I'm use to. Honestly, if the house is cleaned better and a proper walk through is done it will be a great property for vacation.

Beautiful property maintainance questions

This beautiful property was perfect for our needs. There was plenty of space for my wife and five children (3 in their 20s). By the end of the trip, our children enjoyed their time there. Unfortunately, I had to do to much extra to make things go smoothly. The house is 5 stars, but the maintenance was 2. We had to plug in the washer and dryer, and 4 of TVs. The movie room equipment was mostly unplugged, so I called Saturday morning. Called back later that Saturday because the hot tub never heated up. Literally tried it different 4 times in 3 days. Never heard back until Tuesday morning, when someone shows up. Didn't need to movie room fixed anymore, I had already spent 45 minutes figuring it out. The guy told my wife "he (me) was right, the hot tub is not heating". Then he said "the hot tub can be remotely turned on, so give it an hour". After a total of 8 attempts over 6 days, the hot tub never worked. By the time the next person rents this place, I'm sure they would have worked out the issues. We only had 1 garbage and 1 dishwasher tablet to work with. Would have been nice to use the hot tub at least once.
