Extremely Unsanitary and Unresponsive Management

My recent stay at La Quinta Inn was absolutely unacceptable. When we checked into our room, there was hair in both beds that clearly wasn’t ours. The towels were covered in stains, and the shower had facial or pubic hair with visible dirt across the walls and floor. To top it off, there was even a crusted booger on the bathroom countertop — absolutely disgusting and proof that the room had not been properly cleaned. We also found two roaches in the bedroom — one dead and one alive. Despite making multiple complaints over back-to-back days, nothing was ever done. We were told housekeeping would address the issues, but the room was left in the same filthy condition. We were also promised a discount for the inconvenience, which we never received. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had — unsanitary, unprofessional, and completely below basic hospitality standards. I would never stay here again until management takes real action to fix these serious cleanliness and customer service problems.

Can’t beat the price! The new remodel looks great! Been a couple years since we stayed here but looks great! Breakfast was simple but good. The stay was great and friendly! The blackout curtains in the room were so dark and the AC was ice cold! Will be back again! Only 1 shuttle in the morning and 1 in the evening. If you miss it the Uber is cheap! Thanks for everything.

We loved this place due to its convenience and how close it was to all the main attractions and to the shopping malls. Staff was super friendly specially the girl from the breakfast staff. They made us feel comfortable and assisted us with everything that was needed. Regarding the free breakfast I think they have some good options like: eggs, sausages, waffles, toast, cereal, juices, hot cocoa. I will be definitely returning.
