The shuttle driver was amazing! Upon arrival the lobby was full of people hanging out , they were extremely loud. The hotel itself is very “used”. Our room is dirty, the floors are vinyl and they haven’t been cleaned. You can still see things that have been spilled and not cleaned. It has a funny smell and the grout in the shower is yellow from dirt not white as it should be. I’m very disappointed, would have expected more from a Hyatt.

This hotel is less than 10 min from the airport. The shuttle came very quickly after we called the hotel from the airport (arrival at midnight). The room is very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The sink didn't have hot water. Continental breakfast was ok something to eat before we head out in the morning. Book your shuttle back to the airport the night before. It gets booked quickly because it is a small bus.

Very nice hotel

Every staff member was friendly and greeted us throughout the stay. Our room was clean and modern. The bed was ok, but a more supportive mattress would have been great. I know this is personal preference, as the mattress may be perfect for others.

This was an amazing stay. The shuttle from the airport was super quick and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. They were really responsive to any calls. The room was spacious and comfortable and they had a very nice variety of breakfast foods available.

Some may like the hardwood floors, but i didnt care for it. Yhe floor eas the only thing that was kinda grimy and filthy. I scrubbed the floors with clorox wipes and the main living area looked liked the floors had never been mopped. Otherwise room was clean and comfy. I hated the fact that I was given a conjoined room, but I didnt complain because I was accomadated by this hotel when inconvenienced by another nearby hotel that had given my room away. The staff was above and beyond friendly. The bed was extremely comfy and the breakfast was tasty lots of options. Parking was not included and needed to be paid separate by scanning a QR code. It would've also been nice to have a microwave in the room. Very satisfied with my stay overall. Thank you kindly to the front desk staff #KindnessIsARareFind
