BED BUGS!!! AND THEY KNOW ABOUT THEM! We went on a 13 hour drive, got to the hotel at 10 pm, ready for bed and there was BED BUGS in our room. We went to the front desk, asked for a refund and the front desk employee KNEW ABOUT THE BED BUGS. DO NOT STAY HERE

Blankets were dirty and felt more like a motel than a hotel. It was fine. Close to the resorts but the vibe at the place was pretty low.

The good! The staff was nice during check in. The Mexican restaurant in walking distance was really good. The bad Looked like they did a refresher at some point but that was not enough. The curtains looked like someone touched them with a cut on their hands. The door had a gap to the outside and the room was noisy from traffic. We found a huge clump of hair in one of the beds which was pretty gross. The cherry on top, we counted a total of three German roaches. I’m not usually too picky on places I stay but ehhhhh don’t think I’d stay here again…

My family and I had an amazing time at this hotel and will choose it again if we ever have to come back to Orlando. The continental breakfast was convinient. The emplacement is close from all the universal park also and a shuttle was included in the price to get there :)
