Stayed here for 4 nights. Our room door didn’t close properly and we reported it. Maintenance attended and claimed it was rectified. We went out for the morning and came back and the door was open. Again we reported it, went out again and when we came back the door was open again. Manager claimed maintenance were dealing with it and had left the room unlocked to get some more tools. We then moved rooms. The bathroom sink plug didn’t work and didn’t drain. After reporting 3 times I gave up. There was also a fire alarm at 4.30am and we had to evacuate. No sign of any staff. Turned out to be a false alarm. Rooms are a good size, comfy beds, breakfast good if you like omelette. Would I stop here again? No

Staff was very friendly, willing to help with anything from transportation to Disney, making sure the kids were happy, dining.

We were very surprised of how dated and old our room was. Holes in the base of the sink in the bedroom, hair on bath towels and comforter, my husband also slipped in the bathtub due to no slip grips in tub. Rusted exterior doors. This property can stand a complete remodeling with new everything, including towels and bed linens. Since our stay was short, we managed through, however we will not be making future reservations until they remodel. Very uncomfortable stay, unfortunately.

Toilet clogged first night with low water pressure too. Front Desk and Housekeeping did not answer after repeated calls. Had to go down to the front desk to speak in person after 11pm and a long day of travel.
