Excellent Oceanfront unit on Beach Aug 5-Aug 11 near Oceanside Pier

Step out the gated complex and walk onto the beach! No driving and searching for a parking place then lugging everything to the beach. Notice - this is a beach oriented resort, not a hotel! This is for the week #31 only.

One bedroom and living room with queen sized sleeper sofa, cable LCD TV, VCR/DVD player. Fully equipped kitchen, with place settings, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, stove, full size refrigerator and dishwasher. Fully furnished. House cleaning plus linen and towels change bi-weekly included. High Speed Internet is available.

Gated parking below the building. Laundry on site, Bar-B-Qs, umbrella tables and chairs in courtyard, Jacuzzi with view of ocean, bicycles, covered gated parking and elevator. A variety of popular movies are available for rent and book lending library upstairs. The staff is very helpful and responsive. There's a small beautiful park next door. Towards the pier on the beach is a family activity area with covered picnic benches. There are also fire rings on the beach for night enjoyment. The beach is also lighted at night.

Southern California Beach Club is a casual beach-front resort located just steps from the Pacific Ocean and the landmark Oceanside Pier. Oceanside has 3 1/2 miles of beachfront, great for jogging on the beach, shell searching or midnight walks. Soak up the sunshine on the warm, sandy beaches with lifeguards, or swim, surf, fish or jog at the beach just beyond your doors. Romantic sunsets can be enjoyed from the fourth-floor Jacuzzi spa. Take advantage of our Oceanside, CA, vacation rentals' complete kitchen, and designer-decorated accommodations. Sliding doors and windows open to the courtyard.

Walk couple of blocks to center of town, new modern movie theater, restaurants, Farmers Market (one day in the blocked off street), etc. The Oceanside Pier is only a couple of minutes walk down the beach with fishing, in-expensive fishing gear rental and dining at end.

The Oceanside Harbor, an easy bike ride up the beach has ocean fishing trips, boat rental, kayaks, gift shops, light and full restaurants, etc. Nearby is the Oceanside Golf Course, Encinitas Golf Ranch, several day spas, strawberry picking and more. The artsy community of Carlsbad with gift shops and many restaurants is only 5 minutes drive south. The beautiful coastal commuter train stop is just around the corner for easy access to Carlsbad and the heart of San Diego, no need to drive.

Away from our Southern California beach club, you can spend your days experiencing the best-known attractions, including SeaWorld, the San Diego Zoo and LEGOLAND California. With its ideal ocean-front location and proximity to so many activities, these beach rentals in Oceanside, California, offer the perfect place to stay during any San Diego vacation.

Further south towards San Diego are the Fallbrook Golf Club, Del Mar Race Track, Spa at L'Auberge in Del Mar, Del Mar National Golf Course, Coronado Golf Course, Body Centere Day Spa, the wonderful Birch Aquarium, Faulkner Winery, Mission Bay Park, Mission Beach, La Jolla, San Diego GasLamp Quarter, San Diego Zoo, Seaport Village, Balboa Park and South Coast Plaza (the ultimate California shopping mall experience, largest in world) and more. Too much to do in a week! We've owned here for almost two decades and barely been to all the attractions. Our kids are grown; we have come full circle and now enjoy the beach every day to the fullest.

Further north are Disneyland, Disney's California Adventure, Knott's Berry Farm, Silver Creek Golf Course and the great wine country of Temecula. But you came here for the beach didn't you?

We have another unit there and wouldn't give up this week on the beach for anything! This year we have conference scheduling conflicts. So both units are available if you want to book the other unit for friends or large families. This one is on the courtyard. There's nothing like it anywhere on the Southern California Beaches. If you want to walk out the building onto the beautiful beach every day and relax or read a book, this is it! Walking on the beach early in the morning, evening and at night is so relaxing. Gated card lock entry, bicycles, beach chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, beach towels and beach shower, provided!

We are the owner of the unit, just check the San Diego County records. You may come by and see my driver's license to verify. You can call the resort and confirm with them also. I will give you a letter authorizing use of the unit and I fax one to the management giving authorization also. We've done this for many years and it works very well.
