Very disappointed

I had a medical emergency and wasn't able to make the trip and couldn't cancel my reservation in time. I called the hotel as well as Hotels.com and neither would help out. Very disappointed.

This was my first time staying at the Hamptons Inn and it was truly an experience. The staff was great, we had a variety for breakfast options the hotel was in the heart of Nola. I truly enjoyed my time.

Great stay. Just stay away from sleeper sofa.

Pull out bed sucked. It was very uncomfortable and the springs were were quite prominent when laying on it. Not to mention it was hard to move or get into a comfortable sleeping position. You need to replace the mattress and provide a topper. Because you provide the sofa bed as a sleeping option then it should be just as comfortable as the other sleeping amenities.

The room was large and comfortable. It was noisy. The staff was great and security was on site. You had to use a keycard to get into the building. No parking on site

Hotel is beautiful and conveniently walking distance to French Quarter. No parking - garage they use was closing for cleaning, so we had to park 3 blocks away. When leaving parking garage, homeless man was throwing bricks at people.

The safe were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was always hot and good. The biggest complaint I have is the air conditioning. It was between 74 and 78 degrees in our room. They said that someone was working on it but the temperature never got below 74 degrees. We like it cool when we sleep.

The hotel is a remodeled and modernized building, however even though we knew we had to pay for an external parking, at the reception there was not much information about it. Another guest was just as confused and it was a 3rd guest who explained to us where the entrance and exit of vehicles and pedestrians were. We stayed two nights and in other Hampton Hotels they always cleaned the room and on this trip they didn't.
