Loved this hotel’s room layout, cleanliness, breakfast and location. Enjoyed sitting on rooftop in evening. Staff and guests all seemed friendly. Would give hotel perfect rating if it weren’t for the 1st floor’s restaurant manager. Was dissatisfied with the restaurant’s manager who was rude and dismissive when approached with a complaint on one of his staff. He was unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. Due to above encounter, unsure if i would stay here again as there aren’t enough restaurants to avoid this one.

The rooms could stand a renovation. I stayed in the most expensive panoramic suite and it was noticeable paint patches all over the walls that were different the paint on the walls. The windows weren’t clean either. Nice view anyway.

My stay here was incredible! The hotel was kept very clean despite the sheer amount of people that were staying there. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, and everything you would want to do in downtown Nashville is within a 10 minute walk. My only complaint is about the parking because you have to pay to park on or off property, but I imagine that’s how most of the hotels in the area are. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit Nashville!
