We are open to host you, come stay in our piece of paradise - air conditioning just added June 1, 2024! Paki Maui is a wonderful oceanfront condo resort in West Maui – in the Honokowai region between Kaanapali and Kapalua – with immaculate grounds and tropical landscaping. Renovated in 2014, this spacious 3rd floor, single-level condo offers 1,082 square feet of living area across 2-bedrooms & 2-bathrooms (master bedroom has a King bed & is en suite, guest bedroom has a Queen bed and couch pulls out to Queen bed). And you’ll just love the views from the two lanais angled towards the ocean. The Paki Maui condo resort is oceanfront and right next door to Honokowai Beach Park, where the kids can enjoy a playground and beach. Enjoy the ocean views of Molokai and Lanai'i from the condo lanais or Paki Maui’s lawn: sip your morning coffee while watching the waves come in or sometimes turtles feeding on the reefs (or even watch humpback whales approximately November - April) and do it all again later with a Mai Tai to watch the beautiful sunset over the Pacific.

We consider our beautifully remodeled condo as our second home, and yours: you won't be roughing it as you'll enjoy the modern amenities, like the free WiFi, Cable TV in the family room and a Smart TV for streaming in the guest bedroom, air conditioning as well as ceiling fans in every room, and convenience of a washer and dryer right in the condo. We of course have a full-size kitchen with complete cooking utensils and appliances for use during your stay. Whip up a meal and enjoy it on one of the private lanais (off the family room or master bedroom).

Directly across the street you'll find the popular Farmers' Market every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning (schedule TBD post-COVID) for fresh local produce, fruit, breads and the like! Feel free to meander to the deli/market, grab some coffee at the Bad Ass Coffee company and shop at a number of stores across the street.

The Paki Maui grounds are meticulously maintained, with mango and banana trees, a tropical garden with exotic Hawaiian flowers, as well as a koi fish pond with waterfall. You will enjoy the pool and jacuzzi on the grounds plus can relax on the resort's lounge chairs on the lawn at the ocean and under the palm trees. And feel free to prepare your own meals on the gas BBQs available in the swimming pool area.So come enjoy this piece of paradise on Maui - you'll love the relaxing, family experience at Paki Maui. Unit very clean with all necessary cooking utensils and pans. Unit overlooks the ocean for fantastic sunsets! Pool was absolutely sparkling clean and outdoor patio with gas BBQs was very nice. Location is approximately 1/2 mile or less from the Ka’anapali beaches and resorts. The owner, Jill, was very responsive to pre-trip questions and minor issues that arose during our stay. Would definitely stay with Jill again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo has a gorgeous ocean view with 2 lanais. The kitchen is well equipped and there are grills down by the pool if you want to grill up some food. The beds were very comfortable! There is also a locker downstairs with beach chairs, pool toys, a cooler, which were handy for the trip to the beach. Jill was a wonderful host.

Spectacular setting!

We loved sitting on our balcony overlooking the ocean and hearing the waves. This condo was perfect for two couples. The kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials, included a nice selection of spices. The pool and hot tub temps were perfect. And there were stores and restaurants a short walk away. Highly recommended!

20th anniversary trip

This was the perfect place for our stay. We went with our 6 and 10 year old kids for our 20th annniversary. We have been to Maui a few times before so we knew what we wanted to do. We are very adventurous and saw so much of the island while we were there. The pool is where my kids unwound every night. We met several other very sweet families there too. We raise chickens and our 6-year-old loves our chickens. So he looooved seeing the chickens roam free at the park next door. And waking up to a rooster crowing is not what we expected, but it sure made us feel right at home. The condo had all the essentials and everything we needed. The items in the locker are beach items that we love to have, but couldn’t bring easily on the plane, so it was nice to have access to them. Jill is an exceptional host and if I could give her more than 5 stars I would. She was very easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. I had emailed her several times, as we booked our trip a year in advance. Even when we got there and my kids put their swimming clothes on within nano seconds, we got to the pool and then realized we needed a code. I text Jill and she responded right away. We are already planning our next trip and we will certainly be looking at Jill’s condo the next time!

We had an amazing stay here! Very clean and fully stocked! Jill is a great host! Very kind and personable!!! The views were the best part! Watched whales , dolphins and lots of turtles right out our balcony morning and night! The kids loved playing the pool/hot tub, while we used BBQ and cooked dinner every night! The little public beach is a minute walk and we spent many hours there watching turtles, playing in the water, learning to snorkle etc. We will definitely be back!!!!

This condo was the perfect fit for our family’s first trip to the Hawaiian Islands. Everything was so clean, spacious and the views are breathtaking. We had everything we needed for our stay and felt right at home. The location was perfect, not so touristy but also less than 10 min drive in either direction gets you to the resort areas and big beaches.

Great Condo at Paki Maui

Don’t have enough positives to describe our stay at Jill’s place at Paki Maui. The pictures and online description are as it is. It’s a great condo with beautiful views of the Pacific and neighboring Molokai and Lanai islands. Jill was so great to work with, and she always responded promptly! This condo is all you will need for a perfect trip to Maui. Can’t wait to come back!

Immaculate condo, marginal location

The condo itself was perfect. Great condition, very clean, beautifully decorated and equipped. However, its location and the overall property are lacking. The condo sits right above the pool area. Hot tub users with loud music detract from the lanai. No repairs to the ocean access, just rope it off and hope nobody uses it. This was my third stay at the paki maui. Not sure there will be a fourth.
