The layout:

Primary Suite: New King size bed. Closet has plenty of storage space.

Bathroom: Walk in shower, toilet, and new vanity.

Common area: We have an open floor plan consisting of a full gourmet kitchen stocked with pampered chef and breakfast bar(2 stools), Smart TV with cable, new sofa sleeper couch, and a swivel chair.

Lanai: Dining table for 4 people, sitting chair, and the only outdoor wet bar in the complex. We do have beach gear for your use consisting of beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and a cooler(NO snorkel gear).

This entire complex does not have AC however the west maui trades are usually constant and we have ceiling and tower fans throughout the unit. There is coin laundry on the first and third floor and we supply detergent and fabric sheets for that. Hale Ono Loa has gone through many renovations making this a true gem of Honokowai.

Stay Aloha provides a generous essentials starter kit. This includes laundry, luxury organic bath, and kitchen essentials. There is an Aloha welcome gift for you upon arrival as well.

NO Booking fees. We do have a $75 Damage Insurance Fee that covers up to $1500 in damage for our guests. Accidents happen and we have you covered.

PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular professional pest control services for pests such as ants, roaches, and rodents however they cannot be completely controlled in this part of the world.

Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
